Ingredients
• 2 cups of frozen dragon fruit
• 2-4 scoops of Collagen Switch Strawberry Kiwi
• Lemon wedge
• Splash of coconut milk, or coconut water if you prefer.
Method
1. Place the frozen dragon fruit, Collagen Switch, lemon & liquid into a blender. Blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed.
2. Eat immediately or add into a container to freeze.
3. Consume from the freezer within two weeks.
Serves 1-2
