At Thrive Health & Nutrition, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. We offer refunds for defective products or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. In the event that you receive the wrong item in your order, we will issue a refund and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for returns due to a change of mind. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before making a purchase.

  • How long do I have to return an item?

    If you have the right of return you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • How do I initiate a return?

    To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number. They will provide you with the necessary instructions and guide you through the return process.

  • Are there any return shipping fees?

    If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label. However, if the return is for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 3-4 business days to the original payment method used during checkout (This is dependant on your bank or payment method).

  • What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

  • Can I return a perishable or personal care item?

    For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable or personal care items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any concerns about these types of items.

  • What if I received the wrong item?

    If you received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team right away. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and assist you with returning the incorrect item.
