Gift Card Redemption Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Card Validity: a. Thrive Health & Nutrition gift cards are valid for a minimum of three years from the date of purchase, in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law. b. The expiry date of the gift card will be clearly stated on the card or in the associated documentation.
2. Gift Card Redemption: a. Gift cards can be redeemed for eligible products or services available at Thrive Health & Nutrition stores or through our online platform. b. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
3. Partial Redemption: a. If the total value of a purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases. b. No change will be given for any unused portion of the gift card balance.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards: a. Thrive Health & Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. b. Treat your gift card like cash and take appropriate precautions to protect it.
5. Non-Transferable: a. Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the intended recipient.
6. Compliance with Australian Consumer Laws: a. These terms and conditions are in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which grants consumers a minimum of three years from the date of purchase for the expiry of gift cards. b. If any provision of these terms conflicts with the Australian Consumer Law, the relevant provision of the law will prevail.
7. Modification of Terms: a. Thrive Health & Nutrition reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

Thrive Health & Nutrition In-Store Giveaways Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in any in-store giveaways organised by Thrive Health & Nutrition:

1. Eligibility: a. In-store giveaways are open to all Victorian customers. b. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Thrive Health & Nutrition are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements: a. To participate, you must visit one of our Thrive Health & Nutrition store locations during the specified giveaway period. b. A purchase may be required to gain entry. c. All entrants will be signed up to Thrive Health & Nutrition’s membership program.
3. Entry Process: a. Each giveaway may have specific entry requirements, such as completing an entry form, providing contact information, or engaging in a specific activity. b. Only one entry per person is allowed, per day.
4. Prize Details: a. The prize(s) and its retail value will be clearly stated in each giveaway promotion. b. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection: a. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the giveaway period. b. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification and Claiming Prizes: a. Winners will be notified through the contact information provided at the time of entry. b. If a winner cannot be reached within a specified time period or fails to respond, Thrive Health & Nutrition reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity: a. By participating in the giveaway, winners agree to allow Thrive Health & Nutrition to use their names, photographs, and/or testimonials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability: a. Thrive Health & Nutrition is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries. b. Thrive Health & Nutrition reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices.
9. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thrive Health & Nutrition is based.

Thrive Health & Nutrition Membership Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before joining our membership program. By becoming a Thriver, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined below:

1. Membership Eligibility
   a. Membership is available to all individuals.
   b. Membership is open to customers Australia-wide.
   
   
2. Membership Enrollment
   a. To become a Thriver, you must create a membership in-store.
   b. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the enrollment process.
   
   
3. Membership Benefits
   a. As a Thriver, you will receive the following in-store discounts:
       - 5% off every purchase.
       - 10% off purchases over $250 in a single transaction.
       - On the first Monday of every month (excluding public holidays), members can          enjoy our Mad Monday Member Sale in-store, where you’ll receive:
            - Up to 20% off storewide, and
            - 10% off all Optimum Nutrition products.
   b. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined or applied to already discounted products, box deals, loyalty discounts, or price-matched items. Customers may choose either to receive the Thrive Health & Nutrition member discount or a price match on an item — not both.
   c. Membership benefits, discounts, and offers may vary or change at any time at the discretion of Thrive Health & Nutrition.
   
   
4. Membership Cancellation
   a. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer service team.
    b. Cancellation will result in the loss of all membership benefits and access to member-only offers.
   
   
5. Privacy and Data Protection
   Thrive Health & Nutrition respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how we collect and manage your information.
   
   
6. Modifications to Terms
   Thrive Health & Nutrition reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, including membership benefits and discount structures, at any time.
   
   
7. Termination
   Thrive Health & Nutrition reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Thriver’s membership at its discretion, including in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
   
   
8. Governing Law
